Cyber Crime Prevention

Cyber crime is a growing concern, with 30% of Australians impacted in 2018.

Small to medium businesses are particularly vulnerable, yet many do not take appropriate precautions to protect themselves.

To address this issue, Cyber Check.Me was developed by the ECU Security Research Institute in partnership with the Cities of Wanneroo and Joondalup, North Metro TAFE, and AustCyber. This resource offers SMEs and the community basic precautions to protect against cyber-attacks, which can lead to the loss of time, money, private information, and reputational damage.
