Key Industrial Areas, Retail & Activity Centres

Covering approximately 1,000 hectares, Neerabup Industrial Area is perfectly positioned to meet the industrial needs of Perth’s fast-growing north-west corridor.

This relatively new industrial area offers plenty of space and potential and will accommodate over 20,000 employees. A staged development will deliver a range of industrial lots to suit individual business requirements. Freehold options will also be available if you prefer a blank canvas.

The recently announced Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP) will be located in Neerabup, providing new opportunities for testing, research and development, training and industry cluster development.

Advocacy and planning are underway for the Neerabup Resource Innovation Precinct. This precinct’s purpose will be to use waste as a resource, bringing together the collectors of waste and innovative users of this resource (both public and private), and allow the City to be active participants in the circular economy.

The Wangara Industrial Area is a well-established industrial hub. It is one of the busiest industrial areas in Perth complemented by excellent transport connections and planned improvements to road connectivity through the alignment of Gnangara Road and Whitfords Avenue. The Area is an NBN Business Fibre Zone, providing superior business connectivity.

Wangara is well known for its automotive industry, wide range of warehouses, manufacturing, construction and industrial services. The City is currently working to deliver increased CCTV infrastructure in the Wangara Industrial Area, further enhancing safety and security as part of the Wangara Smart City Technology project.
