Creating New Customers and Key Partnerships Online

Customers Development consists of four steps, Customer Discovery, Customer Validation, Customer Creation and finally Company Building.

Once correctly identified the next step is to come up with a Customer Creation process. Sometimes the best place to start is to reflect on how Customer Creation happened last time.
