Learning schedule
February
Performance (part one) – 9am to 11:30am, Thursday 13 February 2025
In this session, you will identify emerging opportunities and determine strategies which will help you drive performance.
In part one, focus on improving your time management, so that you can concentrate on the areas of your business which can generate growth and profitability. You will also be given access to diagnostic tools to review your current operations and identify key areas for improvement.
Performance (part two) – 9am to 11:30am, Thursday 27 February 2025
March
Small group session – between 11 March and 20 March 2025
Your interactive small group session is designed to provide peer to peer networking and learning opportunities.
You’ll have the chance to reflect on the program content so far, identify any barriers to success and problem solve within your group. Each session will be capped to a maximum of 10 participants. There will be multiple dates and times available to choose from.
Boosting Profitability – 9am to 12pm, 27 March 2024

Strategic Planning – 9am to 11:30pm, Thursday 10 April 2025
Gain insights into practical and effective planning tools to help you achieve your strategic vision.
Drawing on what you have learned in the program to date, you will develop a strategic road map to guide your business operations, capitalise on opportunities for growth and/or solidify your business position.
Small group session – between 24 April and 1 May 2025

Propel Wrap Up – 9am to 10am, Thursday 22 May 2025
To close out the program, this one-hour session will provide you with an opportunity to share your key learnings with your fellow participants and explore the next steps for your business. You will also have an opportunity to network and identify potential opportunities for future collaboration with your fellow program participants.
Small group sessions
As part of the Propel your Business Program, you have the opportunity to participate in two tailored small group sessions designed to enhance peer to peer networking and collaboration. These small group sessions are limited to 10 participants. When booking your place in the program, you’ll select a ticket that corresponds to a group (Group A to Group J). Your small group session times will be the same for both dates.
